How much is shipping?

  • United States - Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $20 (5 - 7 business days) 
  • Canada (7 - 28 business days): $11.95 standard flat-rate.
  • International (7 - 28 business days): $14.95 standard flat-rate.
Customs may delay shipping in certain countries. Holiday delays may occur.

When will my order be shipped? (US Customers & International Customers)

All orders are shipped within 24 hours after the order has been received.
We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

How do I track my order?

You will automatically receive an e-mail with a link to track your package once it’s been processed and shipped.

I haven't received my package, what should I do?

1. Make sure no one in your household, building security, or neighbors have received your package for you.
2. Contact your local post office to see if they have it held for you.
3. If you still cannot locate your package, it may be lost and you may need to file a lost package claim with the USPS.
Note: We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged by the post office. Once the package has been received by the post office and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable.
We are also not liable for any shipping addresses that have been entered incorrectly by the customer.
